By accessing the MavDock website or using a MavDock app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or apps.
Use of the Website and Apps
You may use the MavDock website and apps for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product, service, or related system.
App Availability and Discontinuation
MavDock may add, change, suspend, remove, discontinue, or stop supporting any website, app, or feature at any time. This may include free features, paid features, premium features, or entire apps. MavDock aims to keep products reliable, but does not guarantee that the website or any app will always be available, error-free, supported, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
If an app or premium feature is discontinued, access to that app or feature may end or change even if you previously purchased it. Refunds, credits, or purchase remedies, where available, are handled according to Google Play, the relevant app store’s policies, and applicable law.
Purchases and App Stores
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing offered through a MavDock app may be handled by the app store from which the app was obtained, such as Google Play. Those transactions are also subject to the app store’s terms and policies. Prices and availability may vary by app and region. MavDock does not directly process full payment-card details for app-store transactions.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MavDock does not warrant that content will be complete, current, or free from defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MavDock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from your use of or inability to use the website or apps.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your device, your data, your use of MavDock apps, and the permissions you choose to grant. You should maintain appropriate device security and backups. MavDock apps are provided as everyday tools and should not be treated as guaranteed storage or relied upon for critical, emergency, or time-sensitive purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
